  Standing in the middle of the lobby for 32 minutes but no one has acknowledged me at all. When I was finally acknowledged, I was rush out the office but I understand; who want to open a new account after 4pm? Hello Chase!

  I walked in needing a temp card. The last time I was here 4 days ago, I met with Rafael(also needing a temp card - lost it again) and he was wonderful and very helpful. This time, I wandered into the branch manager's office to ask if there was a separate line for meeting a banker. He walked out, got me situated in 1 minute, I met with DJ who was very fun to talk to and took care of me in like 2 minutes. And the branch manager(didn't get his name) came and finally checked up on me again when I was in line shortly afterward to make sure I was OK. I felt very taken care of and attended to. Definitely my new favorite branch! Bring your friends!!
