  RUDE SMART MOUTH ASS PROPERTY MANAGER!!!!! Websites DO NOT SHOW ACCURATE PRICES ! , I Applied few days ago.... next thing you know I get a call from Dulce' (or whatever) asking for bank statements ..she said SHE ONLY NEED TO SEE DEPOSITS I CAN SCRATCH OFF EVERYTHING ELSE THATS PERSONAL....ok fine I did that. Next thing you know the rude ass property manager accused me of being a fraud and said my paychecks were "jacked up"...are you serious !! I cash my "jack up" paychcks every Friday and keep the stubs... She Never gave me an explanation , never called employer, never asked for anything more. Then HUNG UP IN MY FACE ! , So I applied at the property behind theseand Got APPROVED , treated Kindly and not accuse of the ridiculous things this P.M did. They are nice apartment but that manager needs customer service skills , they are lacking...

  I was so happy for being a resident here for the last two years , but now unfortunately it becomes one of the worst Complexes ever . On December 20th ,2017 at 7:40 PM. Two guys had attacked me while i was trying to open my apartment's door &Steal my Personnel Bag ( My Kids were with me ),then they run away .I believe they live in our complex, because they runaway to the right side of the main exit door ! Then and after 2 days I have witnessed, with our neighbors same thieves jumped through the patio into an apartment at 8:00 PM !! .I’m sure the thieves are living inside the complex. ANY WAY 911 WERE INFORMED AND THEY WERE HERE RIGHT AFTER THE 2 ACCIDENTS ABOVE .THEREFORE IMMEDIATE ACTION IS REQUIRED FROM THE OWNER OTHERWISE ALL OF US WILL MOVE After 2weeks from my review above , I think NOW we have a security in the complex , THANKS OWNER , but please note that we need this security to be available every night (THANKS)
