  RPM have done a wonderful job balancing the needs of their victims from Harvey while still looking after the remaining tenants. It let's me report repairs faster than when I dealt with the owner directly. I didn't want to impose on them with my needs. In a short window it seems my old house has had water issues three different times. Amber sends out her crew to take care of me. The men are always so polite and very respectful. Yassiel took his time to really look for the leak under my sink. It wasn't as evident like I thought it would be. I even showed him the attached sprayer wasn't working correctly. I appreciated him listening to my concerns and taking care of my problem in one call.
