  IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD... DONT LIVE HERE... WHEN YOU MOVE OUT IT IS JUST PROBLEMS.. I left a forwarding address when I moved out and to my knowledge verified my last payment. 5 months later I get a call from a collection agency stating I owed money when I was never notified from the apartment complex I owed money. Not even a call! Supposedly they said I didn't leave a forwarding address, well I did! I have a copy of the paperwork and there's a forwarding address... Now my credit is damaged for something that I would have happily paid if I would've been notified in the first place.. Also towards the end of my lease (I was there for two years), I felt really unsafe. Downstairs neighbors would smoke weed all the time and the smell would get into our apartment. It was horrible, they would just let anybody move in. Anyways... There must be better apartment complexes around, keep looking!
