  We moved here after the Hurricane Harvey evacuation. In a short time, we have had ongoing swarms of large biting ants from both the front and back door that have holes. My neighbors said they have the same issue in the townhomes, plus rats. We also, have never seen anyone cleaning the indoor hallways or the stairs—there has been vomit and dog stuff on them for months—just filthy to no end. Now, I have a very bad roof leak in the bathroom overhead ceiling. 6 months can’t arrive soon enough. Run dont walk AWAY from this place!!!

  After living here for one year, I have to say this is a wonderful community and the staff is the friendliest of all. Went to the office today with questions about my lease renewal and Addemir was very helpful explaining over everything. Very happy with this community and look forward another year with them!
