  We have lived at Broadstone Park West for 3 years. The community is gorgeous, the units are well-built, the grounds are kept very clean (some residents are the exception; they have got to learn to pick up after themselves and their pets), maintenance requests are met the same day. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and professional including Chris (maintenance supervisor) and the best part is Jaime Hunter (the manager). She is very professional, courteous, and respectful and will go above and beyond to help anyone. It shows that she truly loves her work and because of her, we have referred this property to many of our friends and family. We have endured previous managements and this is by far the best management and staff this property has ever had and we love calling this our home.

  Taylor and Jamie are amazing!!! As soon as I came and inquired about moving in they were both very welcoming and made me feel at home with their amazing hospitality. I have lived here now for 8 months and can honestly say I have not had any issues what so ever with the staff or residents. the floor plans are amazing, the staff is great, the community is nice, Not mention Chris who is in charge of the maintenance staff, is always very friendly and attends to any need my apartment may have in a very timely manner. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Treat people kindly and with respect, and you can never go wrong.
