    I moved in these apartments back in July. I signed a rental agreement for 769 plus 35 for a parking pass. Im not sure what happened with old management but the new people are scammers & liars. They sent out a notice stating nothing would change with new management but my rent has went from being 804 to 902 without any notice. (Added fees are water,sewer, & 2 charges for trash) They have cut off water in the apartments for hours without notice. The paint in my tubs are peeling. My kids nor myself can sit to take a bath. Its rusted really bad under the paint that is peeling. I had to go out & buy a mat to put in my tub because the sight of the rust makes me itch. My sink has been leaking for months now. & they have roaches so bad in & outside of the apartments because the apartments are built by a lot of trees. The stuff they use to exterminate is like drinking water to the roaches. I had to go out & buy my own stuff to exterminate. There is never any parking outside of the parking that i pay for (i have 2 cars) so i have to park really far from my house. I have called management a million times about all of these problems & nothing has been done. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They are very unprofessional, money hungry, inconsiderate people.

    The cops and paramedics are here pretty much once every day; there's a two inch gap underneath the doors so you will get no privacy here whatsoever; the management "forgot" to tell us about the cockroach infestation before we moved in (we were shown a different apartment, too, than from the one we would actually move into, so always ask to see the one you're moving into); move here if you don't value peace, since the walls are so thin you can hear whatever your neighbors are doing and also children screaming outside whenever they play. It's not all bad though, sometimes you hear firecrackers outside, or wait, are those gunshots?

    I lived there for 2 years. When I first moved in the office staff were very nice and accommodating. When I moved out the management had changed. I went around and around with them about my deposit. The new management was EXTREMELY rude. They were not helpful and frankly they could have cared less about me receiving it! I called EVERYDAY for over 6 months, then started calling once a week for another 6 months and NO one was able to give me any answers nor were they willing to help. The answer I kept getting was ALL of the records were lost when they converted over to the new management company. Another management company came and it looked like things were getting better and then all of a sudden those guys got lost! This has gone on now for OVER a year almost 2 years to be exact!!! I was NEVER late (they were able to see that, I had proof), never had any problems out of me. I'm not a complainer, I had the apartment professionally cleaned when I moved out to ensure that I would get my deposit back. As a company that needs tenets in order to survive (word of mouth could make or break you) I would have worked out something with the tenet. Who has time to call (and go by on a couple of occasions) everyday to try to get their money back, something that is rightfully theirs! I'm VERY upset and disappointed in the management there. Hopefully, this company is much better and the office staff isn't so rude!
