  Good luck getting maintenance to fix anything or fix anything properly. My bathroom ceiling has had water pouring from it at least 10 times in the 4 years I've lived here. Currently I am without AC even though I made a maintenance request well before it got dark. I guarantee that now that I'm leaving an honest yet negative review I will be met with a half hearted "apology". On top of maintenance problems the parking lot floods practically every time it rains. Lots of pet owners who don't clean up behind their animals or who let their pets roam free off a leash. This place is a joke. Take your money elsewhere.

  I live in these Apts. And can’t wait for my lease to be over to move out the management sucks here and there’s always something wrong with my apartment and they take forever to come and fix it the manger is also rude i just can’t wait to move out of here and I honestly wouldn’t recommend anybody to move into these apartments -Jessica Maldonado
