- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm going on four years here and the old and new staff sucks, well for blacks that is, Hispanics are always first priority. Very unprofessional. I went to pay rent one day during business hours and the door is locked all three staff members were at lunch. There should always be at least one person available at all times during business hours, it's called rotating lunches, y'all should try that. At least act like y'all care. The staff doesn't smile or speak when you come in, well for Blacks that is, just a very unpleasant feeling around them. They need to work more on there people skills.
