  Came into Wells Fargo at 4:00 store closes at 5. And was treated very Rudely by MIRA. I opened an easy pay card a month ago and during hurricane Harvey was trying to use my card to buy food , pay bills and take care of very important things . Imagine my frustration when I sit down with "ms" Mira as she looks at her watch rushing me thru the process , asked me slow down while she catches her breathe (petty comments ) And at the end of everything she says there's nothing she can do to help me With more information . Do not go to this specific bank they are very rude and unprofessional !!!

  Literally the worst banking branch I have ever spoken to, Wells Fargo or otherwise. If you have a need, do not go here. They blow you off, send you on a goose chase, whatever they can do to not actually try to get to resolution on anything. This is probably because this is some annex bank and their staff is NOT knowledgeable about anything out of the ordinary. There is a larger branch in the same parking lot, but they do not coordinate so if you make a transaction here that needs attention, you have to deal directly with these people. They will not go out of there way to educate themselves on something they are unaware of. I frequently have to have checks verified on my account as I also own a business and pay myself. Every other branch, even in several other states, have been able to do this easily. This branch has told me to leave and come back in 2 hours 4 times now. Then they told me I could call in later when someone gets to work at noon. I called in and the same person told me they can't verify identity over the phone. Then I came back at 2:30 and they said the person that came in at noon is at lunch and I'd have to come back later. They are obviously blowing me off because this guy is the branch manager, but he claims he doesn't handle transactions so I have to wait for a different manager. He should be fired. I asked why someone who is coming to work at noon has to take lunch 2 hours later. He said "We have lives too sir". In my mind I'm saying, "most of us have to work for a living as well." People... banking hours have officially moved from 12-4 Monday - Thursday. I should say 12-4 with a 1 hour lunch break at 2:30 .
