- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst experience ever. This is not a good place to live, not even if you are currently homeless. The property manager is going through some personal issues, that effects her judgement. She has treatened more than one person with her gun. The management company are not willing to to accept complaints about her. The place is falling apart and there are roaches and bed bugs throughout the property. I would suggest making another choice if you need to a room anywhere in Houston, do not use this company. They do not care about their tennants, and honestly, I don't believe that their business is legitimate. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.By Gery Claybon, October 24, 2017
