  So they over charge on everything. They overcharge my account on prorated charges for a garage!! They charge me double for the month of February and refuse to give me my money back. Corporate is a joke I spoke with someone for refuse to help me and instead of giving me my full credit of $70 dollars they gave me $5. The ppl in the leasing tried to help me but at the end of day it’s corparate who mess up my account. The garage cost $70 if I had the garage for 18 days that’s about $45.... why the hell was i charged $129 for 18 days!! Make no sense.., the person name was charla from corporate. She is terrible at her job.. plus now they are accepting people with felony’s to live here, people have been robbed at gun point. Stay clear of this area everything is always broken. I’ve had multiple times I’ve had no hot water and unfortunately one of my garages sits by a main water lane. Twice I’ve had a garage unavailable for these repairs they do once for about a month. Never refunded me for not having a garage those 2 months.. all those ppl in corporate are horrible and rude. I’m extremely upset how they steal hard working peoples money... please do yourself a favor if you want hot water and no constant construction where you live and not overpriced living do yourself a favor and move into other apartment down Eldridge. You’ll be happy paying $100 more else where.. plus they don’t refund they overpriced deposits. I feel extremely bad for the office workers because they try to fix your issues at the end of the day it’s up to the corporate office and they leave the leasing personal to our mercy.
