  Great service. Jim followed up with me on a regular basis. Explained things in great detail and patiently answered all my questions. Made point of giving me best rates for plan I chose and even h as advise when I requested info on dental, vision, and other types of insurance coverage. Very personable! Highly recommend him!

  I just want everybody else that is facing the unknown of Medicare and Medicaid to know that You Should call the people at Trusted Senior Specialist ASAP . My initial agentette ,,Navraj was an Angel of Mercy, breaking "The Ice " so to speak coming up with the answers to the questions I couldn't think of ,just to get things rolling ,then I got a call from Carmelita Mcmillin, whom turned out to be another Angel of Mercy,,, she was sooo patient with me ,so understanding, so informative it literally left me flabbergasted !! I Thank God for these people, they Really Do Care for their fellow Brothers and Sisters in these trying times,their Dedication and Heartwarming efforts will Always be Remembered in My Heart.
