  Planned a vacation with family from across the state. All the necessary paperwork was emailed and made very easy to get taken care of. The payment schedule was set up just as easy and accommodating to fit my schedule. About half way through my agent left and I was assigned a new agent that hit the ground running. My payments continued just as scheduled with no interuptions or disturbances for me. They were extremely professional and I would gladly do business with them again.

  Used a Travel Agency for the first time in my lifetime and was assigned to Summer Ellington. She screwed everything up for our travel to Honolulu, HI. I had her arranged my ground transportation (to/from airports), a couple of tours and the hotel...Hilton. I paid a total of $4k for the entire trip. The arranged ground transportation did not show up for us at the airport nor did the ground transportation for the breakfast orientation tour. Plus the agent, Summer told me that she personally spoke to her contact rep at the Hilton in Hawaii and assured me that I could definitely use my premium Hilton Honor points. After returning to Houston, the agent at Hilton said being that I booked it via travel agency I could not receive my Hilton Honors points at all. I stayed a total of 9 days at this hotel. End result I am the one that got duped and later very upset. Last, I booked travel and paid in full yet she was reluctant to assign my outbound seating on airline. She said she was encountering problems and it would be best for me to book my own seats. She really never explained to me why. Later, I got on the phone and spoke to the airline and immediately they assigned two seats for me and my husband were nice and courteous and upgraded us to Economy Plus seats. They expressed to me that my travel agent should have assigned the seats for me. To all PLEASE DO NOT USE Summer Ellington nor John, mgr whom I tried to speak to regarding these problems and he was very reluctant to listen or adhere to what I was saying. SUFFICE IT TO SAY, I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN period and wouldn't recommend this particular agency to anyone period!!!
