  I've lived here for several years and haven't had any issues with maintenance or management. The apartments are well kept for their age and everyone is friendly and they respond to my requests in a timely manner. I seems that the only people that post reviews on here are ones with complaints or unreasonable expectations and are deserving of a royal palace. Plenty of my neighbors are also satisfied and happy here, but you will hardly ever have someone with a good and positive experience go out of their way to post a positive review like I have here. Take what you read here with the grain of salt. The negativity being posted here is an extremely small sample size and insignificant portion of the population in this community.

  They are cheaters...as whole...I was told for damages while sighing the lease that if the walls got broken or anything got damaged we would charge you from deposit, after cleaning everybit of the apt. i handed over the keys to office..during the key handing over scene, the manager said she is going to call me back to tell the damages ost and deposits amount, but she never called me neither sent me an email..., i kept calling and listening a lame excuses from assistant hispanic lady clearly lieing that the manager is in hospital the other day the manager got prob in house, being tired when i was force to visit, to ask...i was shocked listening that not just they shown malafoid intension of stealing my deposit but also made me owe $115 on asking with a shocking state of mind the hispanic lady(the fake face) said that i have long list of damages, mind yew that the fridge was left spotless, oven front two stoves were used as they were not howpiece but they were cleaned as much a possible, any how on asking that paper the hispanic asst lady said no i will not give you that i kept screaming it pertains to me, why wont you she said you will recieve after 30 days;....:@ :@ :@ i was like....are you crazy or what...on email to their corporate i recieve an email. to visit offive and have a look, luckily my bro made a video of some part...which i was cleaning... in short, they are thinking and dominating with trick of stealing money out of pockets of poor or illegal people....who they made stay in their apt. breaking so many laws, as well as doing financial corruption with masses....
