  I score this place a 3 because this place is ok. pro: very spacious apartments. Quiet. near the beltway and 290 shops are nearby nice pool area Their events committee does a fantastic job. staff is friendly Maintenance responds on time-ish. Large balcony Generous size storage closet. cons: The water... I have no idea what is up with the water, but the water makes our skin itch and it is very harsh. The water also has a light color to it. The trash area is a mess. It is not ascetically pleasing to see. The front office needs to do better about acknowledging your emails and calls... There have been numerous times where my emails and calls have gone unanswered. The apartment is older, so the lighting is very outdated. The lights make a buzzing noise and flicker when you turn them on. The kitchen light switch has to be flipped back and forth several times for the light to turn on when going bad. The parking situation gives me anxiety. I cannot stay out past 9pm if I want to get a parking spot near my residence or else I have to park at the other end of the complex. They could hire staff to clean the property grounds and stairwells. When maintenance enters the apartment, they dont always leave a note behind letting you know they were in your apartment.

  I have lived at Steeplecrest for a year now. I love the renovations that have been done, the office staff is amazing and very friendly and maintenance takes care of all work orders very promptly and keep the outside very well kept. My daughter loves that she has made so many friends and we are happy to be apart of the Steeplecrest family. Everyone is very welcoming and I recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come here!
