    I have leased from this company for over a year now. I didn't have issues with maintenance until the very end of my lease. They charge a $100 trip fee to look at something with no guarantee they'll fix it. I have an oven that hasn't worked in 2 months and the a/c upstairs stops blowing cool air every evening. All it needs is coolant and they have not responded to any of my phone calls or emails asking for it to be fixed.
