  I work at one of their managed buildings and I must say that they do a very poor job managing their buildings! There have been several air condition problems (at least 5) in our building and I have only been here a year. Our bathrooms are just filthy and I rarely see the janitor, I have maybe seen her a total of 5 times. I think this is pretty odd considering I would see the janitors on almost daily basis in other buildings I have worked at that are comparable in size. We had a ceiling tile that fell in the bathroom due to a leak. It took them over 3 months to fix this minor problem, leaving a huge open space in the ceiling (a bit creepy). When they finally “fixed” it, they put the exact same nasty stained ceiling tile with a small hole still in it! This is just ridiculous!
