  We had the worst experience with this company. First of all, it took almost 4 months for them to find a tenant. After they found a tenant, the tenant NEVER paid rent for 4 months.. we went 8 months with us paying mortgage. In addition, we had to go to court oursleves to get tenant evicted. we paid all that cost as well. the contractors they use are extremely expensive. for example their repair guys charged for over $200 just to rekey the doors! we paid over $1500 iin repairs that their contractors charged. they always made things seem much more urgent than they really were.. i have never written a review online but i felt compelled to alert home owners NOT to even call this company, much less use them for ur management needs... it was a night mare. they never really did a good background check on the tenant. we ended up suffering for their oversight.

  I had to give this company one star, though I'd prefer a "zero star" option. Never did they respond to a customer service issue in a timely manner. Usually calls and emails are just ignored. As a property owner I was bled dry by their seemingly endless fees and insistence upon continuously fixing non-existent problems. They took forever finding tenants and the people they found were almost always COMPLETELY unqualified. It's like they scraped the bottom of the reject barrel when finding people. Then, of course, they'd charge $350 to the owner to evict the terrible tenant THEY put in the property! I lost THOUSANDS of dollars over the course of my unfortunate experience with this horrible company.
