  The place seems nice but the staff are so rude. I have talked to two female staff members at the leasing office, and they both have horrible attitudes. One female employee literally rolled her eyes multiple times, not answering my questions. My friend also visited this place and had the same experience. If the staff are a bit more friendly, I would consider leasing this place. I understand you must be busy, but that does not give you the right to be rude to everyone who walks into the leasing office (seemed like they had no interest in convincing anyone anyways). Sadly, they have been the rudest of all the apartments I have visited so far.

  Positives Anthony is very knowledgeable about the property. The tour he gave us was very thorough and was able to answer all questions we had. He himself is personable and easy to approach no matter the question or concern. He definitely did a great job leaving a positive first impression of what the property has to offer. The unit he showed us was nice and clean. I love all the built in shelving and layouts for the 2bed 2baths. As we were walking around the complex people seemed friendly and warm. After looking at a few other properties we came back to apply. Negatives The property does seem to be a tad bit dated but well kept overall. We are excited. I'm sure we will have complaints (like most that live somewhere after a while) but we are pretty confident that we will love our new home.

  The plaza is a great place to live! Its quite, clean and directly across the street from Hermann Park. The front office staff and the maintenance team respond quickly to resolve any issues. I couldn't ask for a better place to live.
