    Pecan Square Village Apartments is broken down because the owner and company that manages this property DOES NOT care about the comfort and satisfaction of those who pay for a place to stay. I haven't even completed one year of my lease and they have changed the office staff (from the property mgr to all leasing agents) THREE TIMES. Read your lease because they have us paying for extermination monthly for services that are not being fulfilled. Water is allocated which means I pay for EVERYONE in my building even though I am never at home. I have been in my apartment for more than 6 months and my dishwasher has NEVER been repaired or replaced until March 2018. Outlets were reported not working when I moved in but they were not repaired and this is a fire hazard. My front door was reported when I moved in and it still not 100% safe. The window cannot be opened and is crusty, rusty and painted over and this was reported but all maintenance does is patch work and not genuine work. When I fist moved in a NAIL GOT STUCK in my foot from being left by installers. The staff that was there received the actual nail and I hade them sign a form stating that they received this nail but I was told that I needed to move if I wasn't happy instead of making sure I was okay. I have reached out to this property for detailed information and they are worst that searching for Donald Trumps skeletons because they refuse to answer simple questions about the owner etc. It is HOT IN TEXAS and they have TWO SWIMMING POOLS that are NEVER operational. They have water in them but they are not cleaned and the gate is never open for use. The office DOES NOT give receipts when you pay your bills. Covered parking which takes up 85% of parking on the property costs $25 per month and most do not pay it but they park there leaving those who do pay to feel cheated because parking IS NOT enforced. The entrance gates are raggedy and always not working. They break down at least once a month. Stray dogs. NO LANDSCAPING and colorful paint so the property looks equivalent to the attitudes of the office staff. Potholes all over the property. There is no drop box for payments or any correspondence. There is no outgoing mailbox at the mailboxes like normal properties that care about their residents which makes sending mail out especially difficult for those who do not have transportation. These details could go on. Please do your research if you choose this property. READ YOUR LEASE thoroughly and exercise your rights as a tenant. Any good reviews on this property is fabricated and paid to market. This has been the second to the worst experience I have had when trying to find a stable and decent home for myself and my son. That's not too much to ask if you want my money I pay on the 1st of every month and I have never been late.

    They turn your water off at least 3 times a week without notice. When you call to ask why the water was turned off and when it will be turned back on they turn the office phone off. Rent is expensive for no reason and management is always changing. The only positive thing I can say is that it's quiet in the area I live in. But it's probably quiet bc the residents moved out because they constantly raise the rent.

    apartment property wiith good management I personally know the manager is a good man & knows the right people that has a good no tolerance for drama issues & it's not true about people commenting about management & rent,they have had alot of issues to regulate & when as a business of a property have to clean behind I/ careless degrading people things must change & clean ups like that cost alot of money...
