  Staff is amazing SHOUT OUT TO SOFIA! Since she has joined my wife and I have felt very well taken care of. Any package we get, we are emailed about it, it is kept safe, and we sign to retrieve it. She remembers us by name and is always very sweet and helpful unlike staff at other apartments that entice you to sign a lease then treat you like a stranger afterwards. The management is honest. If someone does happen within the community, they will send out an email that they're aware and handling it. The neighbors are nice and considerate. They organize events for the community often so it's active here. Most of families living here with young children so it's very safe and lively. Very diverse. Love how it's close to the parks, Kroger, and small cafes and restaurants. Not to mention I-10 and westheimer.
