- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely horrible. They don't cover much of anything. I have over 3k worth of medical bills because they lied and TIRR lied telling me the services were covered. I can't wait to get rid of these crooks. They offer zero financial assistance and refuse to negotiate medical bills, which is ILLEGAL because they are a not for profit organization.
