  The Lofts at City Center New Management (Jamie Blevins): Extremely poor 'new management'. The quality of the management has significantly gone downhill ever since Nicole has left and the new manager, Jamie has taken over. Jamie has poor time management skills and does not take ownership of manners and tasks at hand. She does not exert true professionalism as tenants have to go out of their way just too simply communicate with her. Maintenance requests have been outstanding for over a week and no active follow up. The leasing agents and managers seem to lack direction under Jamie. I personally have gone out of my way to meet Jamie in person and she was unavailable at her property on seven different occasions. I went there one time and she was on break/lunch and requested not to be bothered. I'm amazed a community manager in a professional environment and apartment community behaves the way that she does and is in the position that she is in. She does not accept responsibility and has an excuse for every miscommunication and fails to uphold any promises/agreements, at all times. She is great at pointing fingers to others so she doesn't look like she is at fault. She creates a very hostile environment. Overall, Jamie should be seriously reconsidered for Community manager.
