Awful. They are all for the money! We did turbo tax last year and got a fantastic tax return! We did this for this year and they dint try to deduct your taxes or do anything for you. They enter your info and ask you a few questions. On turbo tax it's not only free but it takes the time for you to enter more things that deduct taxes, babysitting, donating, car registration, ect. Our experience here was awful! Last year got 8 thousand, made the same amount went here got 5.... they are awful. They don't help you at all, they give you part of your money quick that is it. Oh and 50 bucks..... I highly recommend turbo tax OVER liberty. I regret using them
