  I was having quite a few issues finding condo insurance and after spending all night I almost gave up before finding Shannon. She has been amazing and more than I could ask from any agent. She follows up within an hour almost every time, educated me quite a bit regarding homeowners policies, and was able to save me from a big exposure with the right policy where my Condo HOA was incorrect that could have cost me big.
