  Well my loan was sold to Flagstar bank and they will not defer my house note for 3 months! and I'm really disgusted with this company! They are so unprofessional no regards for people who need to defer their payments, they denied me to defer my payments to the end of the loan for hurricane Harvey disaster, and said I don't qualify when I've been a good paying customer with cornerstone lending and pay my bills on time with good credit! All other mortgage companies are doing this and they are the only ones that I actually screwed us!

  Sent letter saying refinance Application was approved . Then they collected my 500.00 for appraisal. Then they came back and wanted a bank account showing at least 5,000.00 in it. They should have stated that in the beginning. What a waste of my time and money. Will not ever refer anyone to Flagstar bank for anything. Credit score went down 80 PTS after they pulled my credit three times and i decided to go to a professional mortgage co
