  Management here is a joke and can’t be taken serious! If you are looking for a place to give you the run around with a bunch of lies, this is the place for you to call home. They always say they are going to do something and don’t then have a million excuses why it didn’t get taken care of. You literally have to go down to the office and sit in the manager face, watch her do it just to get something done around here. The assistant manager isn’t any better, she doesn’t know if she’s coming or going. It’s the blind leading the blind in there. One good thing I can say about the manager, Jessica is she has excellent customer service and lots of compassion. That’s not enough to make me renew my lease. If she gets a strong Assistant Manager things might get better.
