  AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Absolutely horrible customer service. I've been having an issue with my credit card since November. No one had any answers as to why. I jumped through multiple hoops in order to find out why. I was supposed to be issued a new card that never showed up. No one in the branch had that answer for me. The new card I ordered was never printed and mailed out. After weeks of trying to figure out why, still no one has any answers. No one seems to even want to try to help a customer. It seems too difficult to pick up a phone and ask questions. No one here seems to have the time for anything other than sitting around and doing nothing. It seems that all the employees can do is smile and laugh in your face about your misfortune. Apparently expediting a card also makes no difference. Still no card. Just laughs. Hard to want to continue to do business. I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE TO MEET THE BRANCH MANAGER IN PERSON. Definitely will NOT reccomend this bank for any reason.

  I have been a customer at CFFCU for over 20 years and have always enjoyed banking there until the recent change in management. I used to be a customer who was known by all the tellers. Doing business then was enjoyable..Today, I have to present photo I D for the simplest of transactions as there is not one of the original tellers and loan officers left. Recently, we wanted to open a $20,000 dollar C. D. And after waiting for over a half hour, we left and went to the Prosperity Bank branch at West and Beltway 8 where we were seen immediately, opened our C D and was walking out in less time than we wasted waiting at CFFCU. Starting in 2018 we will be doing more business with a bank where feel our business is welcomed and appreciated.

  I wish I could give them less than 1. My mother in law passed away in December and despite me having a will, power of attorney, etc. They are requiring me to use a lawyer to get her funds. She has $300.00 and the lawyer is charging $200.00. That leaves $100.00 to be split between 3 heirs. Cy-Fair Credit Union SUCKS! I hope to prevent as many people from opening accounts as possible
