  Location is great and lots of fun to be had in and around the Midtown neighborhood. But.... massive, insane, crazy amount of crime going on with absolutely zero effort to combat it. Not one security camera on the property. Zero. Supposedly there are security guards, but in almost a year of living here, I’ve never seen one ONCE. Roommate’s car was broken into and complete indifference from management, not to mention HPD doesn’t even bother to come get a statement. So all said and done? Paid my lease cancellation and getting the fark out of here before more of my possessions are stolen.
