  This place is ghetto and falling apart. Roaches literally everywhere. I had a leaky fridge for about two weeks before it was fixed. During my last month I told management of my leaky shower which was spilling into my closet. They never came to fix it and when I moved out charged me for the mold that was caused by their lack of repair.

  My boyfriend and I will soon be living at briarwest we love the location the price and the grounds are very well maintained Gloria has been awesome she makes her tenants feel like family I highly recommend briarwest if u looking at moving I'm looking forward to becoming a new tenant thanks briarwest for making us feel like family

  Love my apartment. And love the staff. Chris was extremely helpful. I was relocating for a job and he communicated with me until the day of my move. Was very nice, and very professional. Very helpful as well.
