  I really don't have any positives about this place, we've had a whole wall of mold in our house and have reported it many times since we have lived here. Repairs of any can take more than a month that's of it ever gets done. Anything that is done it will be done half ass. Like putting a bandaid on a laceration. When I moved in roaches had been living here already. I have lived in apartments paying $800 a month and they never had any roaches. Our stove sparks underneath the burner. We've had an entire building burned down behind us. I wouldn't be surprised that it was due to bad wiring. Our air conditioning never works. We have to have fans blowing see we can have some air circulating. Management doesn't communicate clearly with their tenants. I've asked if I could get someone to fix it and I will show a copy of the payment and deduct it out of the rent but they said I couldn't do that. I would expect paying $1170 month things would be WAY better. I rather go back to my old apartments.
