  This is the absolute worst bank of America in the world!!! From the parking lot, hours, building set up, security guard, and tellers/ workers. There is also a smurf looking turd teller there who treats the customers like crap, no respect. I have tried to give this bank multiple chances and I'm always let down by their service, now I'd rather travel a little distance to get a decent service. Never hated any place in my life like I hate this bank.

  If I could give it less than one star, I certainly would. I should also give the disclaimer that I have never written such a terrible review and I don't work for some other competing bank or something silly. I also have been a customer here for a year and a half and have never been overdrawn or been any trouble as a customer. We are customers they should want. I generally like to give nice reviews only, but if you are reading this I want to save you some time and stress. I have never in my life had a worse bank (and I've had many banks). Absolutely terrible hours, horrendous costumer service, ridiculous charges, no personal service at all, nasty lobby, NO DRIVE THROUGH AT ALL, horrendously long lines just to go through the ATM. I literally cannot think of one positive. Went there today after checking hours and, again realizing how pathetically lazy the hours are, I waited until they were opened. Had a sleeping baby in the car and planned to drive through. I know my customer service will be awful there (past predicts future) but, I buckle in and determine to settle for terrible. And, low and behold, I arrive and the drive through is BOARDED UP. Literally. They don't have a drive through any more. Umm...excuse me? I called their direct phone line and guess what?!...NOBODY ANSWERED, of course. Not the three times I called. And, the system hangs up on you when nobody anwers, it doesn't even put you in a que. So, I asked the security guard who tells me there is a "virtual teller" bank about 7 miles down the road. Take my word...go far far away from Bank of America in general. It will save you a great deal of head ache in having to switch banks in the near future. Which is what my day is committed to doing now.
