  Don't waste your money on Asurion Insurance!! I received 3 "certified refurbished" Iphones in a row and they are still not functioning satisfactorily. How can they call it certified when there was a cracked lens on the first one, no microphone function on the second one and static, freezing , dropped calls on the third one. Who and How are they certifying these phones?? I'm still dealing with this and told I have to go to Apple warranty for help now. To think I paid $8+ a month for years. What a waste of money and time. I'm so frustrated with the product quality they are sending out to me a customer> NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or compensation for my time or bad experiences. I recommend consumers go to there phone manufacture direct not a third party phone companies (AT&T). The agents have tried to do what they can to keep mailing me out a satisfactory product but the quality control is extremely POOR!! BEWARE OF ASURION INSURANCE. Cancel your insurance asap with them. I'm sorry to be so negative but to receive 3 dysfunctional Iphone replacements is unacceptable.
