  I’ve had a very stressful experience with this company! So let’s start off with how they quoted me $373 for full coverage so I paid $590 the first month and I made sure I asked that if it would for sure be the $373 the next month and they confirmed so ok next month comes around my bill comes out to $387 ok a couple dollars more not sure why but ok I’ll deal with it paid it off and then January comes around and I get a bill of $487 !?? WAY more than what I was quoted so I call and we go back and forth and who ever was helping me couldnt even give me a correct response to why I was being charged more she ended up saying that they were crediting money back to me month Of December from the $590 I paid when I started off ?? Which made no since to me no one ever mentioned this would be happening?? Plus ONLY reason I signed up was bc of the $373 I was told I would be paying!!! Not $487 I never signed up for that but she’s saying there’s nothing we can do WOW how ridiculous! Whatever I had no choice but to leave it as that BUT during the middle of the January I get a call saying my policy is going to be canceled bc I never turned in any signed forms?? WHAT??!! I for a fact emailed in all these forms the same exact day I signed up!! I told her I would even forward them to her bc I really had already turned them in! So I did I FOWARD them over so they see that I had already sent them in!AND I’m signed up for auto pay so my bill didn’t get charged For two day so I call and their saying that my policy was going to be canceled so I guess they took me off auto pay and I even tried paying online and it didn’t give me the option so he said he would just charge it manually so he does and he says ok your total is going to be $387 !! OMG so why did I get billed for $487 and was told there was nothing that could be done!!! Agh I’m just so confused with this company, I’m constantly stressing about it and obviously they aren’t taking me serious they first quoted me wrong and then lost my emails of all my signed Forms, they almost canceled my policy and it’s just too much!! Good luck to anyone else looking to get insured here. Unfortunately I have to deal with it bc I don’t have the time or money to be switching around putting down payments anywhere else right now.
