    If you are thinking about doing business with these people, Don't !! They don't pay there vendors ! takes them forever to sign contracts and try to get you to perform the work without signing any agreements. Even if they do sign the contract, they don't pay after the work has been done. They expect the rent to be paid on time but cant pay up themselves ! completely unethical, underhanded, shady way of doing business.
