  Great Office! Scott and the girls really do take care of me. I have been with this agency for about 5 years now and about 15years with State Farm. I was transferred to his agency when my previous agent retired. when I have questions about my different lines of business I just call them right away and take care of me. If they don't know the answer the always find out for me and call me back sometimes Scott himself calls me. I do pay slightly higher premiums than I would elsewhere but I feel that I at least have an agent in the area I can speak to or talk to versus a call center where you never speak to the same person. At one point, I had a minor issue with claims and Scott went above and beyond to get it straightened out. I never saw anyone go above and beyond like he did. I don't see myself leaving State farm unless Scott leaves.
