  Unfortunately, Mr. Banks has been having health issues that require him to be out of the office. Without him in the office, the service here has been terrible. My "customer representative" is never in the office and apparently does not reply to emails or call her customers back. It is very unfortunate that a branch that was so great with Mr. Banks present forgot how important customer service is to their clients. Without Mr. Banks present, this branch is incapable of living up to its standards and engaging in professional business practices.
