  I wait 40 minutes every week for them to find my account. 10 minutes for them to verify the same IBC check, that is cashed and then deposited. Oh but this week they decided to deposit all of my checks instead of cashing the Normal IBC check. Went back to the bank the following day to discuss the tellers mistake and explained to them that I needed to have funds available and that waiting until Monday for this to happen is just unacceptable. His response is theres nothing I can do. This is the one line that will cause you to lose a customers business.What gives these idiots the right to do what they'd like with my money. The money that I work my ass off for. Customer service at this is branch is by far the worst I've ever witnessed and they can truly expect me to not only show up and have a word with the manager on monday, but to close my account. I'll take my business and money to a bank that actually aim's to satisfy its customers. Way to go branch of Alief, all of you need to be fired.
