- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Face to face, this credit union is amazing. The branch manager, Larry, is very friendly and easily approachable by members. My only frustration with FCCU is their method of handling fraud protection of their members by a contracted third-party. All sorts of issues from slow response times, denial for reimbursement of what are clearly fraudulent charges, and poor customer service (by the 3rd party). When you ask FCC about it...they take a hands off approach as though it's not their problem. Aside from this, a great local, community based credit union.By Nicole H, February 05, 2018
