  Terrible communication with management, no one ever answers the phones or return calls, no help after Harvey, & I'm here now listening to the banging of hammers & other annoying sounds as they fix up the bottom floor apartments. There is trash everywhere around the dumpsters. I hate it here & can't wait for my family to move so I don't have to come to these apartments ever again.

  Keep looking!!!! We moved in to these apartments the last week of may before hurricane Harvey and the apartment was supposed to come with flood and renters insurance, and during the storm our apartment on the bottom floor had 6-7 ft of water in it and we lost everything. After we got an email about insurance saying that renters insurance wouldn’t cover anything and that the waiting period for the flood insurance hadn’t expired! After looking at the flood insurance papers, which I kept in the top of my closet, the waiting period was stated at 30 days. We’d been living there for over three months!! Come to find out that they just hadn’t summitted the paper work till a week before the flood. They said they would come out of pocket to help cover property loss but it’s been almost three months since the flood and we haven’t seen anything. The the contact we were given for their corporate office never picks up the phone or returns my voicemails and the manager at the office seem to be clueless as to what is going on!!! I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone!!!! Keep looking!!!!
