  If you can avoid this place and take it to another chase please do. The lack of customer service is ridiculous, thay act as if ypure asking them to do something tgats not their job and youre cutting into their time. Not organized at all and barley keep you inbthe loop or try to go the extra distance to help give you guidence in your situation. Only way im coming here again is if im dealing with the atm only! I cant remember the managers name but she eas a heavy set latina who could've helped me but decided to tell me go through the app when i told her i dont know my acct number or user name she said we cant help, how about lets look you up at the teller and find the acct number? After wasting about 45 min sitting there surfing the web realizing id never get the help i need before closing it hit me that i could present my id and ss to the teller and get what i needed. Thanks for nothing lazy i mean lady
