  I went in to apply for a credit card, and the banker who helped me was amazing. She explained all the terms to me, and if I had any questions, she would answer me in lay man's terms. I have always gone to this bank and their service is exceptional. It gets busy sometimes but the wait is worthwhile.

  Waited almost an hour and a half so the lady who worked there could tell me she could not help me! I had to wait an see if the other banker who was only authorized to add another person to my my account was able and not too busy to help me. Why did i have to wait almost an hour for some to tell me that? Took me almost two hours and nothing happened i had to walk out, that is what you call good service. This is the second time this happens to me.

  Don't go on your lunch break. They only have one teller working and he spends 20 minutes talking about other things with the customer instead of processing people through.
