  I had Acount at this bank since 2 years ago ,all branch have great employees,first time I went to this branch and even they don’t say hi back to me,and a lot of attitude at first they gave it to me .I had cashier check for 27k from chase and told them please deposit this check and give me cashier check with same amount,I have to paid to auction .they said chashier check will be clear next day and they can’t make it for me!!!! Actually cashier check at any bank be clear by the way,I had more than 200k since I open the account at this bank,even not they can call and make it clear but employees at this branch super lazy,and don’t care about customer,anyway they made me for pay $600 for late fee to auction,and banker lost my driver license too.... at the end they made me pissed,I requested for close my account and the banker start laughing to Me!!!!! Everywhere u want to close your account they try to see what the reason and try to keep u as a customer or member but they didn’t care ,it was interesting.....
