  I've been living here since August and so far so good. I'm a student and it's quiet enough for me to study in my apartment.The one bedroom is the perfect size for one person. The apartment was very clean when I moved in. Neighbors are nice. Maintenance is quick. Leasing staff was super helpful when leased. Never had a problem with packages. I did have a problem with ants in my bathroom but with constant pest control and excessive cleaning I haven't seen any. I'm anticipating more bugs as it gets warmer because being realistic it's Houston...there will always be bugs. Other than that I'd recommend this place

  Only if I could give a zero. Lost packages to ant problem to a new staff every month. Where do I start. Please do not move here. Please please please. Next door across the street and around the corner will be better options for you. I hate this place and there is nothing worse than hating where you live. Can't wait till my lease is up. I had 6 work order request in 4 months from microwave being a mix match with the stove all old appliances might I add. Just do better I wish I did.
